Description

In this mode, all the images will be automatically aligned using the first image as a reference. The algorithm used is the phase-cross-correlation from the scikit-image python library

After clicking Auto…, a window will pop up to make you aware you are about to reset the xoffset, yoffset and rotation angle of all the images.

If you click Yes, the registration process will start. A progress bar at the bottom right corner of the window will allow you to follow the progress. Once done, the xoffset, yoffset and rotation angle value are updated in the table.
